We had a good time, a few tears here and there. And we should give a shout-out to her hubby, Avery, who was our tech support for our half- an- hour interview.
(And, Kat's video camera was off on purpose. She did not want to be filmed for this interview - but maybe when we do another one.)
Kat is a survivor of PhenPhen, bullying, and like me, a survivor of the cabbage soup diet. We were both inspired by a magazine from the 70's called BBW magazine. Enjoy the interview - but be sure you are in a good place. Lots of diet talk and trauma we survived going up as fat kids and now as fat adults.
